This is a classic wine of the WTerlano inery which valorize and remind the territory and its peculiar characteristics. It is produced with a local vine symbol of the territory of Trentino. Since always, the Pinot bianco has been one of the most important vine of the Terlano Winery. It is produced by using a single variety vinicfication and it has a refined taste with pleasant mineral hints. Also this wine has the DOC Alto Adige certification. There is a manual picking of the grapes and it follows a delicate pressing of the entire bunch and the racking off made by natural sedimentation. The slow fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Finally the aging period lasts 7 months on fine yeasts in steel barrels.  The production area is Terlano. The soils are located at 250-400 meters above the sea level with a slope of 35% located at South-west.
