These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an amazing balance. Very pale pink color.Nose of fresh fruit and citrus fruit. Fleshy palate with notes of citrus and white flowers and a long finish with salinity.Pair with chilled clams and oysters or soft bloomy cheeses like Camembert.
