Description
This effervescent cocktail was inspired by Havana's vibrant lifestyle in the 1920s. While Hemingway's Cuba is long gone, its spirit lives on in this sweet, sparkling blend of muddled mint, cane sugar, and lime juice. It's extremely versatile too.
Mix it with rum for Southsides and Bootleggers, with bourbon for Mint Juleps, or with Savannah Tea for iced tea.

3 oz. Stirrings Mojito Mixer
1.5 oz. 10 Cane Rum
3 oz. Stirrings Club Soda
Garnish: lime wedge and a sprig of mint
In a cocktail shaker combine Mojito Mixer rum and plenty of ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Add 2 parts Club Soda and mix gently. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.
