Scarlet Vine fruit commands first-class treatment in the winery, and so we lavish it with all it deserves: hand-picked, five-plus days on the skins before fermentation and ten days after for rich texture and extraction, followed by ten months perfecting in French oak barrels. The wine is powerful and voluptuous with classic flavors of black cherry and raspberry, subtle hints of mint, herbs and vanilla oak. The finish is long and alluring.
