Description
High-rye straight bourbon from New York, with a mash bill of 60% maize, 33% rye, and 7% malt, and a subtle sweetness from further maturation in local brandy casks (French oak-aged merlot and chardonnay). Highly palatable with a distinctive, nuanced finish. Neither chill-filtered nor with chemicals.
