Old Delicious Double Bourbon Barreled Apple Brandy begins as Pacific Northwest Apples. Which are crushed, fermented and distilled according to the Old-World methods at Clear Creek Distillery. The Apple Brandy is then twice rested in first fill Kentucky Straight Bourbon barrels.
