The Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta Grignolino d'Asti appears a clear and bright ruby ​​red color in the glass. The nose reveals notes of strawberry and rose with spicy notes (white pepper). On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, structured with fine tannins, persistent with an elegant finish.

​Despite the light color, but thanks to its tannic structure, Grignolino is a very good match for a wide range of dishes: from pasta dishes with tomato sauces, pizzas, light cheeses and charcuteries to grilled meats and fish, vegetarian dishes, sushi and Asian cuisine in general.
