This chardonnay offers plenty of richness and complexity for the money. Expect generous, complex notes of garlic bread, cream corn, vague smoke, hazelnut and peachy fruit. It is medium bodied with a firm acid core yet rounded, fleshy texture. Some heat and bitterness on the finish. I would peg this as more expensive if tasted blind. Excellent length.
