Leopold Bros. Fernet Leopold Highland Amaro embraces the herbal notes of the traditional fernet style, while offering a pronounced and entirely unique mint quality. They achieve this by steeping a flight of bitter roots in our spirit followed by rose petals, elderflower, chamomile, and honeysuckle which lend depth and a complex finish. These ingredients will rest for weeks before they are drained and racked into Chardonnay barrels for months of aging. Every barrel is handbottled, to preserve the integrity of the flavor and aroma.
