Description
First blended in 1867, but named Black Label in 1909, this is the benchmark by which all other blended scotches are measured. Black Label is known for its mysterious depth of taste -- the blend includes as many as 40 whiskies, each aged 12 years or more. Its characteristic smokiness is balanced by hints of cedar along with chocolate and vanilla sweetness.
