The Greg Norman Estates Limestone Coast Cabernet Merlot is a lustrous crimson red color. Fragrant red fruit aromas of red cherry, raspberry and strawberry are combined with black currant fruit and supported by layers of light vanillin, cedar and spicy oak. The wine shows some complex and fragrant leafy notes of fresh tobacco and light peppermint. The palate is bright, distinct and defined with black currant, ripe red cherry, strawberry jam and cranberry flavours. Light mocha and cinnamon spice oak notes add depth to this generous wine which offers soft velvety tannins that enhance the texture and add overall balance.
