The legendary Berncasteler Doctor is one of the real Grand Crus and a true Aristrokat among German vineyards. The fruity Kabinett from the Doctorberg clearly shows origin and terroir already in the nose. The typical smoky notes are floral underpinned and carried by a very delicate fruit aroma. The palate is finely textured with striking mineral-salty spice and cool exotic fruit of golden kiwi and juicy nectarine. Here great complexity is paired with depth and finesse. A terrific Kabinett with legendary aging potential - this is Riesling at its finest!
