The year 1995 was very contrasted in terms of climate, with abundant rains from January to March, then very beautiful hot weather from April to September. 

The nose is simple but also precise and noble. The aromatic range is essentially composed of stewed and candied fruits with an opening on the fruit in brandy.

The palate combines freshness and complexity, the aromas of candied fruit accompany flavors of liquorice. The finish is long and warm thanks to the persistence of the fruit.
