The 2018 production was characterised by heavy winter rainfall which filled soil reserves. A late and shorter than usual spring caused late budding. A dry and hot summer balanced the
harvest growth cycle. Harvest began in October and good weather allowed harvesting to begin on each plot at the optimum moment of ripeness.
Pale Pink in colour. Clean on the nose with a crisp red fruit aromas and subtle hints of citrus. Fresh and well balanced in the mouth with a medium and warm finish.
