It is produced by using a single variety vinicfication and it has a refined taste with pleasant mineral hints. There is a manual picking of the grapes and it follows a delicate pressing of the entire bunch and the racking off made by natural sedimentation. The slow fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Finally the aging period lasts 7 months on fine yeasts in steel barrels.  The production area is Terlano.
