The new vintage of this Spanish red wine from Montsant is, as usual, produced from a blend of grape varieties. Namely, Mas Donis Negre is made from Tempranillo, Grenache, Syrah, Samsó and Merlot, coming from grapevines planted in granite and clay soils. Produced by Celler de Capçanes, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then wine was blended and aged for 4 months in the tanks.
