Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut 2011 - 750ML

This is the new vintage of Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut, the second marketed under the Corpinnat label. Legally constituted in 2017, Corpinnat is an association of high-level Spanish sparkling wine producers which decided to leave the Cava Designation due to disagreements regarding quality standards. It is made from a blend of the three traditional varieties, 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo and 10% Parellada, which were separately harvested at their optimal ripening state. Traditionally vinified following the Champenoise method, 15% of the base wine is a reserva wine, a feature that brings to this Corpinnat Brut an additional layer of richness and complexity. After the completion of the process, this organic sparkling wine of Cavas Llopart was aged in the cellar for 70 months minimum.
