Born in 1979, Markus Huber studied viticulture and oenology in Austria. After a stay in South Africa, he returns to the fold to revitalize the small family estate. Very aromatic, the wine is salty on the attack, with scents of peach and lemon. Its aging on fine lees and subtle residual sugar bring roundness and charm, in a perfectly balanced set thanks to a crisp acidity. A true gem!
